volunteer positions and let
us know which one you think is right for you!
1. Conference
Coordinator: Assist with conference bookings, search for appropriate
conference locations, negotiate best rates for hotel and conference room,
etc.
2. Prayer
Partner: Commit to praying for The Hope of Survivors, its Directors
and Officers, Volunteers, and each of the individuals who are being assisted.
3. Research
Assistant: Research and compile related articles, case findings,
state laws, resources for victims, etc.
4. Media
Liaison: Work with radio, cable and TV companies for the purpose
of obtaining public service announcement time on air; work with newspaper
and magazine publishers to negotiate free or reduced rate ad space; develop
press releases; etc.
5. Biblical
Counselor: You must be a dedicated Christian, have a background
in working with victims of abuse. If you are interested in learning more
about this position, please send us your resume and references.
6. Fundraiser: Do
you know people who have a heart for God’s work and the means to support
it? If so, we’d like to hear from you. The Hope of Survivors has many
critical areas of development in need of funding. Your assistance would
be greatly appreciated!
