many a burden he’s shared,

and for many does care.

in Christ for so long,

where did things go so wrong?

our feet sometimes lead,

if God’s voice we don’t heed.

it’s possible to live,

to God we don’t give.

these lives will collide,

where we have to decide.

decide what to learn,

and to take a new turn.

chosen for His work,

and inflicted deep hurt.

to protect him in sin,

and face where he’s be’n.

healing can start,

to give him a new heart…
