Shyleene Rosado was born and raised in Puerto Rico, but is now living in Texas. She is married and enjoys spending time with her husband Carlos (shown at right) and their two dogs, Bonchy and Sultan.

She is a licensed professional counselor in Puerto Rico, and is credentialed through the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has fulfilled her practicum hours by volunteering for The Hope of Survivors as a counselor to the Latino community. She is currently applying to obtain her license in Texas.

Shyleene received a Christian education and is also a licensed teacher. Her experience as a teacher helped her to see the necessity of being able to help others with their emotional and spiritual needs and that led her to continue her education with the desire to become a licensed counselor.

She is thankful to God for the blessing He has given her of life and the opportunity to serve Him and others through this ministry.
