Irma Murray is a Panama native and is fluent in Spanish and English.
She has a heart for The Hope of Survivors and the work to be done in binding
up the brokenhearted and sharing her faith in Jesus. Irma has counseled with
troubled youth in the past and is familiar with self-injury, suicide, depression,
and all the other aspects that surround victims of pastoral abuse. She is
a lab technician and is currently completing her nursing degree program.
When asked why Irma wanted to join The Hope of Survivors, she replied, “I
had been praying for God to use me in ministry and I want to be able to work
directly with people.”
Irma has always been very active in serving the church as a head deaconess,
Sabbath School teacher and social committee member. She is currently employed
as Coordinator/Producer at 3ABN Latino.
