Coralie Roll

Coralie RollCoralie and her husband Gary have been married for 20 years and live in Queensland, Australia. They have four children, ages 8-17. Coralie graduated from Avondale College in 1987 and is a company director in her family’s business.

She has seen first-hand the devastation that sexual sin can wreak in a family, but has also been deeply blessed to have experienced the wonderful grace of our heavenly Father, His restorative power, and the comfort of His healing hand.

She initially learned of The Hope of Survivors when she was searching for ways to help support a friend in the aftermath of sexual misconduct. She has learned the far-reaching effects of misconduct for the victims, offenders, their families and the wider church body.

For a long time Coralie has been passionate that abuse not be denied, minimized or ignored and that, painful though it may be, these situations need to be addressed appropriately in order to facilitate the healing process. Volunteering with The Hope of Survivors as the Australian Representative provides the opportunity to use this passion as she ministers to others. She has deep compassion for all those who are hurting, and a sincere desire to share the comfort that God has given her with others in their times of need (2 Corinthians 1: 3-4).

If you live in Australia or New Zealand, and are a victim of pastoral sexual abuse, you may contact Coralie directly by email.
